Founded by two SWFL locals, we are a small owner-operated team dedicated to delivering professional, reliable, and high quality cleaning and sealing services for lanais, pool cages, driveways, and paver surfaces.

Our Story

After years of working in hands-on, physical trades, we saw the need for a service that combines attention to detail, honest pricing, and professional results. Too often, homeowners hire someone to get the job done and end up with streaks, missed spots, and bandaid fixes that never last.

We started B&R Surface Solutions with the goal of helping Southwest Florida’s homeowners protect and enjoy their outdoor spaces, while making them look new again.
